We are seeking a proactive, organised and experienced Litigation Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will support our lawyers in a broad range of legal work, with a strong focus on dispute resolution. This position offers exposure to meaningful litigation matters and comprehensive legal experience, with opportunities for professional growth in a reputable law firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage litigation files and contentious matters, including court hearings, mediations, and negotiations.
• Conduct legal research and provide practical, commercially sound legal advice.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, affidavits, submissions, and contracts.
• Advise clients on a range of civil and commercial issues.
• Collaborate closely with team members to support clients and deliver timely, effective legal solutions.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Singapore-qualified lawyer with up to 3 years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong legal research, analytical, and drafting skills.
• Meticulous, responsible, and able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients).
• Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office; willingness to adopt legal tech tools is preferred.
• Commercially minded with a practical, solution-oriented approach.
