Ms Ning Jie actively engages in a broad range of complex litigation and arbitration matters. Her experience includes disputes relating to high-value commercial contracts, cryptocurrency, insolvency and restructuring, director / shareholder disputes, banking, insurance, defamation, construction, employment matters, and tortious claims. Ning Jie also represents clients in high-profile white-collar crimes, mental capacity matters, as well as matrimonial matters relating to international removal and relocation of children.

Apart from dispute resolution, Ning Jie’s practice encompasses non-contentious matters, including the application of regulatory licences, corporate and commercial transactions, and banking matters.

Prior to joining Ho & Wee LLP, Ning Jie was an associate director in a mid-sized local firm.

Ning Jie graduated from the National University of Singapore and was admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2019. She is also qualified to practice as a solicitor in England & Wales in 2023. Ning Jie passed China’s national unified qualification exam for legal professionals in 2024.
